The house stands on a hill facing the sea not far from Alghero. It is a very pleasant, relaxing place, in close contact with the surrounding nature and the sea. The garden of the house is characterized by typical Mediterranean plants such as holm oak, myrtle, broom, strawberry tree, dwarf palms and mastic tree. The house has private parking connected via a staircase. The outdoor space in front of the houses has a table, a seating area and a relaxation area with deckchairs, a small outdoor shower. The outdoor space borders the outdoor space of the other house. The spaces are well separated and everyone maintains their own privacy

From the house you can easily reach the sea on foot via a path. The coast is rocky, the sea is clean and the seabed is ideal for those who like snorkeling. For those who love sandy beaches, 5 km away going towards Bosa you reach the beautiful Speranza-Poglina beach. Near the house there are various paths along the coast and towards the hinterland for simply walking or for small excursions. all within walking distance of the house. Alghero is only 3km from the house, so it is easily reachable. There is a parking area at the entrance to Alghero where you can leave your car and go to the center with a ten minute walk on the Valencia promenade along the sea.

HOW TO ARRIVE:
From Alghero take the provincial road 105 Alghero-Bosa. At the third km sign the road turns left and goes away from the sea. On the bend, turn right onto a small road under a pine tree and follow the small road up to gate number 8. Once you arrive at the gate, enter the garden and go up the hill. The road, especially at the end, is very steep. It is advisable to go into first gear and give it a little gas, avoiding stopping on the climb because it is difficult to start again once stopped.

RULES TO BE RESPECTED
1. Check-in time is 4.30pm to 8.00pm. Check out until 10:00. To check in or check out outside these times please contact to find out if it is possible.
2. Guests must respect the time agreed upon with the owner at check-in. In the event of a mishap, it is necessary to notify the owner immediately so as not to make him wait unnecessarily.
3. Use the external space belonging to your home indicated upon arrival by the owner.
