The house is located 3 km away from Alghero, in one of the most popular areas, surrounded by rolling hills and very close to the sea (you can walk to swim). It is a very pleasant, relaxing place, in close contact with the surrounding nature and the sea. In the evening it is a spectacle to see the sun setting over the sea. The garden of the house is characterized by typical Mediterranean plants such as olive trees, holm oaks and mastic trees. The house has private parking available.

From the house you can easily reach the sea on foot. The coast is rocky, the sea is clean and the seabed is ideal for those who like snorkeling. For those who love sandy beaches, 5 km away going towards Bosa you reach the beautiful Speranza-Poglina beach. Near the house there are various paths along the coast and towards the hinterland for simply walking or for small excursions. all within walking distance of the house. Alghero is only 3km from the house, so it is easily reachable. There is a parking area at the entrance to Alghero where you can leave your car and go to the center with a ten minute walk on the Valencia promenade along the sea.

HOW TO AARIVE
From Alghero take the provincial road 105 Alghero-Bosa. At the third km sign the road turns left and goes away from the sea. After two bends on the left you will find three nearby gates. Number 14 is the third.

RULES TO BE RESPECTED
1. Check-in time is 4.30pm to 8.00pm. Check out until 10:00. To check in or check out outside these times please contact to find out if it is possible.
