You can swim in the sea practically under the house if you love rocks. The beach can still be reached on foot with a pleasant 15-minute walk along the port. The bus stop to reach the more distant beaches is nearby.

Seaside walks are around the corner. The sea is just a few meters away and those who love rocks can come down from the house for a nice swim. For those who love the beach, the Lido beach can be easily reached on foot in 15 minutes. Nearby there is a bus stop that takes you to the more distant beaches. There are two supermarkets nearby

RULES TO BE RESPECTED
1. Check-in time is 4.30pm to 8.00pm. Check out until 10:00. To check in or check out outside these times please contact to find out if it is possible.
2. Guests must respect the time agreed upon with the owner at check-in. In the event of a mishap, it is necessary to notify the owner immediately so as not to make him wait unnecessarily.
3. Upon check-out guests must leave the house in good condition, clean pots and dishes, take away the rubbish.
